I responded to a postal offer of a free instant valuation of my property. I was contacted by Phil Smith who came and viewed my property within a couple of days and has provided a considered valuation and advice which will be useful if and when I decide to market my property. Our house had been on the market for 6 months with another agent with no offers and a lack of drive by the agent, once we changed to Phil we had 2 offers in 2 weeks and sold subject to contract. Phil injected real passion and commitment to sell our house.

Mark at David Evans sold our house and also dealt with the purchase of our new house. We hadn’t moved for 21 years and felt out of our depth with the whole house buying process. It was also a big emotional change for us and he understood this. Mark was so helpful, not pushy and we felt comfortable and confident to ask any question throughout the whole process. As we were keen to move before the stamp duty change this added an extra pressure. Mark helped a lot with keeping the process moving and nudging people along and we got there! We cannot fault the exceptional service we had from Mark and his team. Thank you once again.
