I would highly recommend Alison who was extremely helpful before and after the sale of the property I was buying .All the staff i have spoken to was very polite and helpful too . This was my second purchase and both times I have used frost partnership and I will not hesitate to use them again in the near future . I was very impressed both times because their property prices was genuine not over price like many other agents . I trust frost partnership 100% and highly recommend them to all the buyers/sellers etc .

Alex, Jamie and Jeremy at the Frost Partnership Ashford were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my fathers house, which took many more months than expected. The initial valuation was carried out by Alex, who has an excellent knowledge of the area, and the subsequent marketing material was of a high standard. After securing a buyer the next few months were fraught with problems which Jamie, Jeremy and the team made far more bearable by keeping me up to date without me having to chase them. The final month of trying to complete the sale was extremely stressful but I felt at all times that the team were trying their absolute best to get me to completion.I'd like to thank them all very much for the wonderful service I received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

So happy with the service I received. After some not so professional agents in the area who had very poor customer service skills, I was very happy to have Pooja take care of me.
