We would highly recommend The Frost Partnership for the excellent service received and finding tenants in very short time.. We dealt with Pooja Shah of Slough Branch and found her to be most helpful, professional and polite throughout the process. and she takes great photographs which shows the property in its true form and the angles are perfect.

I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

We have dealt with The Frost Partnership over several years having experienced disappointing service from other agents in the Cippenham area. They have been professional and, very important to me, discreet, in the sale of two of my properties and the purchase of two flats. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services, and have done so on two occasions since. They go above and beyond what is expected of an Estate Agent even finding me somewhere to stay as my buyers were ready but my purchase was not.

There are not enough words to convey our thanks to Lee Henry, Alison Perchard and the team at Frosts Slough office. The friendly and personal service we received was beyond excellence and although we experienced a few bumps in the road the team pulled out all the stops to make sure our experience was very positive. We were kept informed every step of the way and we would have no hesitation using Frosts again. We also used their property letting department and again this was a first class experience and we were sorry we had not moved our property to them sooner.
