As tenants, we could have not be happier with the service we had when we initially viewed the flat. Nothing but professionalism from Callum, who in particular had been so kind and helpful with our flat search. I didn’t experience any chaotic block viewings or exhausting bidding wars with, unlike many agents that will put you through that with the current market. Very respecting agents, and I was shown multiple properties, upon viewing couldn’t rate them highly enough! Unfortunately now we have been renting a flat for a few month the experience has completely changed. It’s a real real shame. Callum was really helpful, but we were then handed over to Deborah and we have had such a hard time getting anything fixed or sorted and our contact also took a very long time to sort as well. It’s taken numerous emails and back and forth, with misspelled responses and having to clarify the simplest things over and over. We had several things that were promised to be sorted upon starting the tenancy, now 5 months later we’ve barely gotten anywhere, and the whole process has been exhausting to say the least. We’ve had no apology for any of the numerous mistakes and delays we’ve had and it’s a real shame. It’s really been a very demoralising experience being a tenant here and having no control over getting things fixed in your home, we feel it would have been far easier to deal directly with the landlord thought sadly that was not an option.
