WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ESTATE AGENTS!! My friend has just called me who left the review below and she told me the word limit was exceeded?. I have just read a news report of today that car exhaust fumes are toxic and can cause lung cancer!! I am angry upset and so am leaving this review. Cutting this long story short, this is a serious everyday problem for me and a daily struggle for me to get fresh clean air and breathe safely, From after 2017 eid to right now, every ramadan and eid which is supposed to be extra special is now an added misery, NOT TO MENTION THE DAILY ABUSE AND HARRASMENT I GET! This polish guy is so evil he actually glares and threatens me from next door while i am upstairs on the first floor of my house , gesturing, glaring and sniggering. When he sees me he makes a point about extra revving his old double exhaust cars, which is very distressing egged on by his friends. I am fed up of calling martin and co, despite various messages to pierre, jagdish the property manager has never called me once. Imagine my anger when jagdish who refused to give me the landlord details and after advice from the police and other authorities, I paid for a land registry check and find out the house is in jagdish's name!! Since my last call with jagdish who seemed completely put out to talk to me, I have had another 3 week chest infection from the polish tenants activities, could not fast, was terrified over eid and all i want is the following which I hope is not to unreasonable: 1)Confirmation that this is a residential property and the landlord will ensure no business activities are conducted on site. The current daily activities, including repairing upto 10 diesel/petrol lawnmowers in the back garden, give me toxic fume inhalation, noise pollution and breathing difficulties, allergies and can not access my garden or open the windows, I live in fear of abuse from the neighbors. 2) Most people have smoking, no pet tenancy in place, in light of my issues for the relocation of these nuisance pets and have this in place to not discriminate against me in the direct vicinity of this property. and 3)Give me clarification that it is now safe for me to open my house windows, access my garden which looks like a bomb has gone off. This is my first experience of racist, disability discrmination and harrasment.I have had despite being born and bred in the uk, which i am so proud of. I am entitled to have no noise pollution, have clear fresh air, access my garden and not live in fear like I am. jagdish and martin co either have too much money, or dont need any more customers, which may explain why they have dragged things so long.I would need to investigate if ignoring my pleas for help is classed as negligence on behalf of the landlord who continue to encourage this behaviour of their tenants despite me doing everything sensible , making them aware and having serious issues. I am so sick of being picked on because of them exploiting my disabilities, and ethnicity as well, its a living nightmare. Oh and now they have bought a old mouldy caravan this weekened. Its been 2 days so I think they have gone to poland, its quiet and i have had no abuse, I hope they have gone so I can get much needed respite and no abuse or harrasment. I beg someone to sort this out by the time they come back. However i doubt martin co will still do anything and will ignore this review like they not returning my calls. I didn't even get a call after nearly a month as agreed because i had a chest infection and this is the most appalling customer service, no one chased up my call. If martin co had dealt with my complaint before, I would never have been made to leave such a bad review. I would give zero stars if I could. It should never have been left to go so long.IF i could describe this scenario, it would be disgusting, racist, discriminatory of being disabled and blatant dis regard by martin co and discriminatory behavior violating my humans rights by their tenants.
