Fraud estate agents who bully the disabled through their tenants, just interested in money, promote racism, bullying and harassment from tenants to the vulnerable disabled. I would give zero rating as nothing these people have done any reputable estate agent would do. My seriously disabled friend has been trying to get help regarding polish tenants of martin and co for a while now in wexham. The polish family have shown complete disregard and so have martin co, so I have decided to write a review of the shocking and disgusting behaviour my ill friend is suffering from on a daily basis. The property was bought by a builder and both the tenants were made aware of my friends breathing, disabilities and allergies. She did this to ensure she could live in peace as a homeowner next door. The polish girlfriend of one of the family members, decided to buy the largest parrots, so noisy you can hear them from the house next door with even the windows closed!. She tried to contact the builder since 2017 when problems got serious enough that she could not even make a call for a funeral from her back garden as the parrots were so noisy. The landlord never returned her calls, and due to the noise and despite serious allergies and vit d deficiency, she stopped opening her house windows at the back of the house, and stay in the house . The house had a permanent martin co to let sign, which with wexham being such a popular area, people would enquire at her house and door knock to ask about the area possibly to move in. Every year this polish family goes to poland for a few months over the summer, so fed up my friend called martin co to find out a) if the property was to let, and if not why there sign has been there for years. The team member pierre explained they were not breaking the law which they seemed to be as these tenants have been there since 2007 approx. She continued to contact the landlord, left messages and texs and had no reply whatsoever. So she wrote a polite letter to tenants explaining the issue to kindly relocate the pet parrots and with the ramadan approaching to be mindful of the noise. The polish neighbours instead wrote back the animals had more importance in theIr religion than she was and they were well aware of her religon and when the holy month is. with still no reply from the landlord she just gave up. Immediately after this letter the polish family who also do some sunday markets business, also started tools repair business and extensive car repair business in cluding mechanics repairing cars for money from front of the garden from this same residential property. So now this poor woman my friend, could even open the front windows of the house. In 2017, during the holy nights of ramadan, these polish would conduct open air cinema viewings in the garden on the 27th night the holiest night of ramadan. She continued to just suffer in silence. one of the younger males who strips engines out of cars, spray paints, fix cars and vehicles on site everyday, would continually rev the car engines with the exhaust directed within 2 meters of this poor womans kitchen EVERY DAY! She would open the front door or kitchen window and would start coughing from the exhaust fumes and had numerous chest infections with a permanent cough. On eid day 2017, this same young polish male decided to not only rev his cars again but use an industrial compressor and professional steam clean and spray spray one of these cars. My friend had to leave the house to celebrate eid at her mum and dads, and began choking so bad, she walked to take a pic of the activity on the pavement and the polish male started threatening her, she was struggling to breath, collapsed, had anaplaxic shock and taken straight into a and e with inhaling toxic fumes from his paint or industrial engine cleaning. That ruined not only her eid day and caused her whole family distress, but she was ill for a whole month after this.The landlord during this time still not replied to any of her messages or calls despite being stopped ... these people are so racist and evil!
