"I can only rate Claire and..."

I can only rate Claire and Amie in the Lettings Dept at Newton Fallowell with 5 *'s but if able to, I would award them 10! From initial contact Claire was extremely helpful and gave lots of advice about the property I was buying for the buy to let market. From purchasing the property to having a tenant in the house took only 3 weeks which gave me time to complete the upgrades I wanted to do and she had tenants already lined up as ready to move in as soon as they were complete. I had total trust that she would find me the right tenants for my property (she totally understands my desire for the right tenant) and I am not disappointed with the after service either. She is always available on the phone or by email and if she isn't, she is very quick to communicate with me when she is able to. If I need help with an electrician or plumber for example she has a quote for me almost by return email so I can't rate this company any more highly. I did research other companies in the area but none came up to my desired standards and I am extremely happy that this property is in Claire's hands!
