They are facilitating DSS discrimination. They told me I wouldn't be able to pass referencing without a guarantor or savings. Wasted my time going to view a property with them. They didn't even have the decency to call me afterwards and tell me I was unsuccessful. I had to chase for answers. Couldn't care less attitude towards the barriers they are creating for people on benefits. Was fobbed off and told to go to the council instead. Very disappointed.

I have spoken with the lettings team & have had a full overview of the service/advice provided. I am satisfied that the team have followed the correct procedure & that the advice provided was within the correct timeline & based on your individual circumstances in respect of the referencing process.
We do not discriminate against tenants on any form of benefits, as many of our current tenants would testify.
I am sorry that this has not worked for you at this time & I do appreciate that this may have been frustrating. I apologise that you were not notified that you had been unsuccessful, this was an oversight on the teams behalf. I have seen the e-mail to you from the lettings manager apologising for this.
