Well where to start! Rachel has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment I met her I knew she was the agent I wanted to use, none of the usual estate agent rubbish just good open honest advice on how to market the property, what price etc. She is contactable day or night, weekday or weekend! I'm convinced she doesn't have days off and doesn't sleep haha! Even when things got stressful (had 2 buyers pull out but 3rd time lucky!) Rachel assured me not to worry and she got it sold and over the line. Always kept me informed, did all my viewings for me, she even put my pots, pans and plates away for me if I hadn't had time.
