We could have paid a one-off fee up front, but we didn’t. We met Rachel Childs from Ewe Move, Grantham South and fell under her magical professional spell. The result…. house sold within 72hrs for full asking price – hurrah!! From the outset, she has been professional and exceptionally hard working and was not restricted to 9-5 opening hours – excellent for us as most communications needed to take place out of working hours or at weekends. The write up on our home was unique and interesting and our buyers could get a feel for their potential lifestyle and comforts just from reading the words on the page/screen. This was accompanied by simply fabulous photographs that made us even question if we really wanted to move! But most importantly she never messed us around. Straight talking, honest and utterly reliable she has been a pleasure to work with and worth every penny. Highly, highly recommend!
