I am editing my review as we have now moved into our beautiful new home in Grantham!! After months of stress since February with the local agent dealing with the sale of our house and our buyers down in Hertfordshire where we have relocated to Grantham from, Rachel has been a beacon of calm managing the purchase of our new home. She was available every day, even over the weekends to update us about the progress of the property we were buying through Ewe Move. We wish she could have managed the sale of our property too as unlike them she was always available, full of advice and information, a friendly and jolly voice at the other end of the phone and was chasing solicitors till the end! We now consider her our friend as she’s a wonderful lady and from the first viewing to handing over the keys with a card, flowers and bottle of much needed gin she’s been absolutely brilliant. We will never forget her kindness and compassion during a very stressful 5 months. Can’t recommend her enough.
