This was the second home that Rachel has sold for me and although house prices have come down and interest rates have gone up I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that Rachel would sell my house, which she did for the full asking price. Rachel is committed to showing your house in the best possible light and spends a lot of time taking pictures and measurements and both times has produced a lovely brochure. Rachel is clear about what sells houses and a lot of that is down to relationships and trust. Rachel is flexible and constantly available unlike some other estate agents who are unavailable for calls from new buyers in the evening and weekends. Rachel is also very honest and immediately gives feedback from viewers about points which have been raised so that they can potentially be remedied before further viewings. I recommend Rachel and Ewe Move to everyone as in my experience they go way beyond the usual high street estate agents to ensure an excellent selling experience and one which most importantly ends in a sale.
