A first class service. I have dealt with a number of agents in the past, but I will admit Belvoir have been, by far the best. Prompt at keeping potential tenants up to date with moving arrangements, keeping the communication flowing and keeping clients at ease. A swift uncomplicated service which minimised worries, and also kept things simple and clear. Great to deal with, and an agent highly recommended.

Having had an awful experience renting in London previously, my partner and I felt very nervous coming to Belvoir to search for rental houses... These guys have showed us how easy and straightforward renting can be, and I cannot recommend them enough. They were extremely helpful and responsive throughout, and even got the keys to us half an hour past closing time as we were stuck in traffic. They made the usual stresses of moving very very minimal, and I would like to thank Charli, Hayley, and Daniel for everything they did for us. We have just had very good service from Belvoir . A long term tenant left recently and Belvoir have been really helpful in arranging Contractors and advertising for and gaining a new tenant. Daniel was very helpful with the overview of rental demand and trends. The maintenance team arranged Contractors for a refurbishment in very good time, especially as we were in the second lockdown. The Inventory was the best I have ever had from an Agent, with very clear description and loads of images. On the day the new Tenancy started I received the emailed rental statement for the first month. Very efficient. Belvoir also dealt with meter readings, energy suppliers and Council tax. This was great and not something that I remember previous agents doing for us! All in all a top service.PositiveProfessionalism

Started renting a house in June this year. Mid pandemic. But the agents at Belvoir were amazing, very professional and sticking to government guidelines 100%. I've never had a bad 'crossing' with them, they've always responded within really reasonable, if not quicker, times. Charli and Christian were SO helpful and accommodating. I needed to move within days for a new job and they sorted everything and even transferred over bills - literally couldn’t ask for more. As a first time renter they were incredibly helpful, and always a phone call away. I couldn’t recommend enough they are SO nice.
