We have just had very good service from Belvoir . A long term tenant left recently and Belvoir have been really helpful in arranging Contractors and advertising for and gaining a new tenant. Daniel was very helpful with the overview of rental demand and trends. The maintenance team arranged Contractors for a refurbishment in very good time, especially as we were in the second lockdown. The Inventory was the best I have ever had from an Agent, with very clear description and loads of images. On the day the new Tenancy started I received the emailed rental statement for the first month. Very efficient. Belvoir also dealt with meter readings, energy suppliers and Council tax. This was great and not something that I remember previous agents doing for us! All in all a top service.PositiveProfessionalism
