"Belvoir has managed my house..."

Belvoir has managed my house for about 3 years, and they have been fair and positive with every aspect of my dealings with them. They have found tenants who are good, look after the maintenance issues fully and at a reasonable cost, and having had my house trashed by tenants under a previous letting agent, I really cannot speak highly enough of their principles and practice. I am able to trust them in all my dealings with them, and I feel sure the tenants also find their approach helpful and positive. This house was my home, and so being able to rely on them means a great deal to me.
