We have been more than satisfied with the manner in which Belvoir Skipton have dealt with us in connection with our recent move. They kept us in the picture as far as prospective viewing dates were concerned and processed our tenancy application in a timely and professional manner. Since we moved into the property a number of matters have arisen that have and in some cases, still do, need attention (mainly due to it being a recently renovated building). Whenever we have brought these matters to the attention of Charli and Daniel at Belvoir they have immediately chased up the appropriate agencies, sometimes on numerous occasions and things are gradually being sorted out. They have encouraged us to continue to liaise with them until we are completely happy that what needs doing has been done to our complete satisfaction. We would certainly recommend Belvoir should anyone ask our opinion with regard to their customer services.
