Hi Edith We are sorry that you feel we had been slow at responding to you following your application to let a property. As you are aware the landlord of this property carries out his own viewings. Following your viewing, and you applying for the property, the landlord was still carrying out viewings which he had booked in. We then had the long easter weekend, and as soon as the landlord provided us with his decision we emailed you straight away. We are sorry you were unsuccessful on this occasion. We have a shortage of rental properties at present and we are receiving a very high demand. I completely understand your disappointment regarding landlord's decision not to allow pets in their properties, however we must adhere to our landlords wishes. This may change shortly as the government are trying to place a blanket ban on landlords stating no pets, I appreciate this does not help you at this current time.
