I was very disappointed that it took over 4 weeks to get a gas engineer out to the property to confirm that the oven did indeed not work. I was unable to cook anything other than on the hob and it is not the time of year to be eating salad. I know the first gas engineer was a no show and they had to find another one; but that really didn't help me. Additionally I had to advise that the engineer hadn't arrived. The fact that he didn't collect the key should have prompted a proactive action. The staff in the agency are very nice. It's a real shame that their contractor has prompted this review. Anyway, I now have a new oven (thank-you) and a dining room filled with packaging materials (grrrrr.)
