Poor inefficient service. They didn't fact check their online advert, one section stated first floor flat, but another in same ad stated top floor. Had to keep calling them, got zero call back.

Spoke to a lady on the phone today that rung me up about a property that she thought I was interested in & it turned out to be the wrong one & as soon as I said it's the wrong 1 that became available again & that I wasn't interested she couldn't of put the phone down any quicker when I said bye. Not a pleasant experience at all.

No one got back to us so really not good as the property is still advertised

Teddy bear sellers, horse auctioneers all in the pockets of the locals including solicitors and local surveyors and local builders and investors. If something good comes up they all line each others pockets removing any opportunities for outsiders. Underhanded photos lies about anything that may exclude them from selling. Liars cheats and the most impatient dreary staff who can't be bothered except when it's lunchtime..... try to avoid if possible

They sell houses with sitting tenants. Harassing them for viewings. They have rental properties however don't help those sitting tenants find a new home. Even if that sitting tenant has never missed paying the rent. Paid for any repairs themselves.

Constantly having to wait on them to take action on the promises, failed in following through. It seems they are still relying on their out of date reputation these days...not worth the hassle.NegativeQuality
