Very disappointed will never rent a house through this company again

Nobody is interested in repairing the boiler in the rented apartment, I tried to talk to them several times, it did not help. They didn't do anything about it for a year. Very bad service.

Poor inefficient service. They didn't fact check their online advert, one section stated first floor flat, but another in same ad stated top floor. Had to keep calling them, got zero call back.

Spoke to a lady on the phone today that rung me up about a property that she thought I was interested in & it turned out to be the wrong one & as soon as I said it's the wrong 1 that became available again & that I wasn't interested she couldn't of put the phone down any quicker when I said bye. Not a pleasant experience at all.
