I have twice bought from the Oulsnam team in Northfield, once as a nervous first time buyer, and second time round in a slightly more complex but no less stressful situation. I've never once had a bad interaction with this team. Ann in particular has been an incredibly helpful and calming influence at various points and has worked wonders in holding the chain together and communicating with everyone. It's a shame that as a buyer you don't really get to choose your estate agent because I would recommend these guys every time.
