The team were excellent, from Sam who first came to view our property for the valuation and go through options, Tyler who we dealt with on a day to day basis and Lucy our progression officer. I'd be frequently using whatsapp to message Tyler which was a big help. The wider team on a whole were also excellent when we had viewings on other Quealy properties and people viewing house. The dealings I've had with Quealy have been so positive, especially when compared to other estate agents I've dealt with in the past. You have a question, they answer it. You need help, they help. They were also very human about the process; we were about to have a baby and things were happening with the house and Lucy was so good to deal with when decisions needed to be made. Tyler sent me a message from him and Sam to congratulate us on the new arrival, and when speaking to Lucy about progress she was asking how things were going, which was all very well received. This was the first house we sold, but compared to the estate agents we dealt with when initially buying the property, Quealy are leagues ahead in terms of service. Even the progression portal online to view progress was very useful and I know other agents don't have that.
