I have just left a rented property and my experience was okay. They dealt with problems fairly quickly. Inspections were non invasive and carried out by Emmet who was professional and friendly- I was worried about them feeling intrusive but it really wasn't the case (so much so that I often chose not to be present and never had a problem). They made reasonable deductions from my deposit, they also allow you to counteract a deduction and give a space for you to state your reasons which I think is great from a tenant perspective as I was able to negotiate on a few smaller fees. Overall I'd recommend.
