A family run company with heart. Not your average estate agent but rather an agency that cares and communicates. We have used Quealy & Co for 2 sales and 2 purchases now and they have gone above and beyond both times. Nothing seemed to go to plan with our recent purchase but Dee Quealy himself, and his team, did everything they could to get our sale and purchase across the line. They are knowledgeable and solution orientated which is so important in this game. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this estate agent.

This is the second home that Dee and his team have sold for me over the last few years, each of them having been awkward sales due to circumstances. The main difference with Quealy & Co up against other agents is that alongside their very personal touch, they go that extra mile needed and in fact and on this occasion went several miles further to ensure that the sale goes through and that all parties are at ease during the process. Bearing in mind that the whole process was carried out whilst I lived in Spain, so the greatest respect!! Dee Quealy runs the best property sales and letting agency I have ever encountered. Honest, professional, fair and straightforward are not words you normally associate with estate agents however in my experience of nearly twenty years of their service, they are worthy of such praise. Additionally I have always found all of Quealy’s staff to be polite, efficient and very helpful. I genuinely recommend Quealys and my only regret is that they do not have a branch where I now live!
