Our only regret is not appointing you earlier when selling our property, we may have sold whilst the market was slightly more in favour of the seller! We sold very quickly once Belvoir marketed our property and despite other similar & local properties having already reduced their prices below our asking price, Belvoir managed to get us within 4% of the original asking price. Again, at a time when the market was already in favour of the buyer. There was no pressure from the team to accept or push for more. Their approach ('behaviour') was reasonable for both us and the buyer - no 'games' (that we had seen other agents try). This honest and fair approach certainly increased our trust in them and we will definitely approach them first if/when we next sell. Primarily dealt with Richard and Helen. Both quick to respond on questions/concerns we had at points throughout the process, as well as providing frequent and informative updates. Fees were slightly higher than other local agents quoted, but the service received was worth it.
