I called 3 local agents out with a view to renting my two empty flats out. Of the three that came out Andy from Northwood stood out as very professional and his knowledge of the rental industry was evident. It was a no brainer as to which company to use. My dilemma was which scheme to sign up to. I was extremely impressed with the Guaranteed Rent scheme but opted for a simple let only on the end. I needn't of worried as they found me a couple of great tenants quickly. I have other property and will be calling on them again as and when they become empty.
