We came to Northwood, having had a poor experience with another Letting Agency in the area. We had a problem-property and Northwood have been fantastic in helping us sort it out and getting us back on track. Whilst they can't wave a magic wand on the situation, they have been brilliant in the way they have dealt with things and, as a Landlord, have met all of my expectations in terms of the levels of professionalism, communication and organisation - all the crucial factors. I would even go further: they have exceeded my expectations in many areas. Moving from a local agent to one that operates nationally has really been an eye openeer. Having a national network means that they've got the professionalism and organisation (e.g. use of a national legal department) that really gives them an advantage. But they've still got a local focus and have been much better at communicating with us than the smaller, local agent we had been using. I must say, Tash, in particular has been excellent with us. Reading this back, I realise I sound a walking advert for them, but I have been genuinely pleased with the service and it has been streets ahead of our previous letting agent. Would recommend.
