Owen and the team at Curchods, Shepperton, have shown a level-headed professionalism that would be hard to beat. They kept cheerful, polite and productive throughout - I'm not sure how they manage it. Owen particularly showed kindness and humanity, for which I was most grateful. Sally is a powerhouse!
