Curchods have been great from start to finish of my house sale. Owen gives honest and experienced valuations, which at the start of the process means no lost time wasted with an unrealistic asking price. That said he ensures your house is priced what it is worth and not undervalued for a quick sale. My house was under offer within the first few days of listing at full asking price. After that point Curchods really work hard for you with the sales progression, tirelessly liaising with and chasing solicitors and other agents in a chain. Sally in sales progression, really makes you feel that she 'has your back' throughout the whole process, staying in regular contact. I would highly recommend Curchods to sell your home, if you want a professional, honest and open service.
