I am very sorry to learn that you felt that you were misled, as this was not the case and the information that we gave you was in good faith. When we took instructions and throughout the main part of the conveyancing process it was our client's intention to move in with her family. It was very late in the transaction that our client decided that it would not be viable and needed to either rent, purchase or withdraw from the transaction. Luckily, she was understanding of your need to complete before the end of the Stamp Duty holiday and managed to find a rental in time. Sadly, situations like this put everyone under pressure and cause undue stress. Once again we wish you every happiness in what is a lovely home and a beautiful garden.
