Graham Tolfrey has been particularly helpful and without him our experience in the property market would have been even more stressful. He is always cheerful and very good at communicating with everybody concerned. He is the most efficient estate agent we have come across and we are very grateful to him for all his help.

Professional service

The service provided by Curchods both in respect of selling our old home and buying our new home was very professional from start to finish. Prospective buyers were shown round very efficiently and we were continually given feedback. We bought our new house through Curchods too, although through another branch. They dealt with the purchase in an equally professional manner. Throighout the stressful time up to exchange of contracts there were numerous telephone calls keeping us up to date with all aspects and they were available on completion of the sale and purchase to see us into our new home. With the vendors living in Japan and using me as an intermediary this really could not have gone more smoothly. The inevitable tensions created by distance, time zones and (in the case of the vendor) a lack of experience were diplomatically yet firmly handled and an excellent result was achieved by Curchods of East Horsley.

Sale of property

Owen Miles with Curchods was our estate agent. His work is expectional. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he was always attentive to our needs. Since we do live in the UK it was comforting to know he was looking out for us.
