We purchased our first home through Staves - we had fantastic communication throughout the bidding process and then once we had our offer accepted we hit a few bumps in the road. We were so grateful to Ben who always called us back or replied to emails. We didnt have a clue what we were doing and so if it wasnt for him actually reaching out to us and advising of what was going via the emails, then I don't know if the sale would have ever made it.
