I would leave 0 stars if possible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ben was arrogant, unprofessional, had no ounce of compassion for my situation and there was a complete lack of communication throughout the whole process. I deeply regret opting for staves, I will never use their services again and I certainly haven't recommended them to anybody! AVOID.
