Dear Dimitris, Sadly the leak is the responsibility of the management company to fix. As you know, the management company are aware of the problem and have agreed to the repair. Unfortunately we are still waiting for this repair to be carried out. Both ourselves and the landlord of the property are chasing the management company on a regular basis for updates. With regard to the showers, I understand that this matter has now been resolved.
