Very helpful, and excellent communication - especially as my house purchase was rather drawn out with the legal side of things (including dealing with probate stuff and a trust fund), and there were some delays with the buyer of my old house in Shropshire. But we got there in the end - and I finally got to move into my lovely new house in Sheffield last month!
