My Mum has just sold her property through Staves and has asked me to write a review on her behalf. From the initial valuation, viewings and subsequent offer and sale process, everyone she has dealt with has been friendly, courteous and professional. When we have been talking about the sale she has had nothing but praise for Staves’, she has said she probably annoyed them to death with all her questions and popping in whilst walking past; if she did they never showed it. As anyone knows who has bought or sold a house, it can be stressful and towards the end of the process in the exchange and completion stages, the buyers solicitors were not quite on the ball; making an error that delayed the exchange and potentially had cost implications. They went above and beyond in chasing all parties concerned and got everything back on track and kept my Mum informed at all stages. From all I have seen and heard about Staves I would highly recommend them to anyone.
