Couldn’t recommend EweMove and Shaz highly enough. We decided to use Shaz to sell our house after losing out on a purchase where he was the agent because of how well he came across. He subsequently assisted us by advising on how best to improve our property before sale before we had agreed to use EweMove. During our sale process a bid we had accepted dropped out, and so we had to go back to market, and we also had two house purchases fall through after survey meaning our new buyer was required to hold on while we secured another property. During this whole process Shaz helped us on the buy side with calibrating our offers and adjustments including following challenging survey findings, and on the sell side managed the marketing and buyer side brilliantly to ensure we secured a reliable buyer at the price we wanted and our ultimate buyer remained engaged despite considerable delay given our two collapsed purchases. I don’t believe moving into the property we are now in would have been possible without Shazs assistance.
