A disgrace, shocking customer service.. The staff are all polite and helpful when they're getting your bank details. However, once you have the keys to the flat and your paying the rent you do not hear from them again! Never received service like it, firstly letting us into our apartment which had not been cleaned since the old tenants had moved out, absolutely filthy! I was understandably frustrated at the state of the flat and the woman dealing with us, was "too busy" she left me waiting for her to call back for 2 hours, even then I had to call her because she was not getting back to me. Since moving into the apartment we made a list of all things that are broken, passing this information onto the letting agency, a maintenance man came around he quoted the jobs and passed on the quote to the letting agency... and you guess it ... we heard NOTHING! this is now our 7th weeks in the property we have not heard anything from the company, whether they are dealing with it because they are ignoring all our emails about maintenance. So frustrating and if I can stop someone else going through this stress then at least something will have come out of this experience! ..... Belvoir are the most unprofessional agency I have ever come into contact with, save yourself the drama!
