At point of enquiry (through online search engines), Belvoir was not very responsive and my enquiry was not taken into account until I called them back 3 weeks from my initial enquiry. I had similar issues with other properties I enquired about, whereby there was no response / acknowledgement from Belvoir. Once the viewing was settled, we were happy with the service received and the agents Carly Holmes and Jordan Turner in Sheffield helped us throughout the move-in process in a speedy, personalised and responsive manner. Our agent in Sheffield Jordan Turner did a great job at helping us move in.
