Definitely worth 5 stars instantly! Dayna Stephens has been a massive help from the start and every question that we have had has been answered almost instantly. The customer service received has been exceptional and all of us feel at ease when asking questions or requesting advise. Dayna is really down to earth and very easy to talk to on the phone. She has kept in regular contact and has maintained a really good customer relationship. To be honest I'm really surprised at the speed of the application and how stress free it has been.
