Dawn Linfoot did an outstanding job for me during a change of tenancy. It was handled extremely professionally and she found me a selection of new clients really quickly. She was thorough in the diligence work once we identified the likely candidate. All of this and an almost seamless transition from one tenant to the next. I only lost a few days rental income whilst the apartment was being cleaned but otherwise, it was so smooth and no bother at all. Not only that, but an increase in the monthly rent too!
