My dealings with Northwood

My dealings with Northwood have been very positive and Sharon and Chris have both been very helpful and informative throughout, I would recommend using this company and I am hoping for a long continued tendency with this agent .

I have to say I have never private rented before and have heard some tales. But, Chris, when he comes to look around to see if I have not destroyed the property is great. Not a problem with him. I go in too see Sharon to take some paper or other and have found her really helpful. They are a great bunch.

We have only one house and

We have only one house and initially managed it ourselves and had lots of worries about welfare of tenants, letting the property, repairs, rent collection etc. Since putting it into the hands of Northwood virtually all those concerns have gone away. Sharon and Chris look after the tenants and landlords. They make sure everything is done correctly, complying with all legal requirements, rent collection, insurance claims , contracts etc. We are fully informed about everything and value them highly.

I have been renting from Northwood Sheffield for 5 years. They are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem when contacting them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Initially chose this Agency

Initially chose this Agency based on up front and open discussions about guaranteed rent versus other options. I was a first time landlord and they explained everything and unlike some of their competitors, communicated promptly and professionally. The personal commitment from Andrew in helping me to initially prepare my property was definitely 'above and beyond' in terms of both physical assistance and deviated effort. Since then both Chris and Sharon have continued the good work in communication and support where needed. The team has always dealt with matters professionally.

Friendly and efficient team. Good, local knowledge of the market and no excessive void periods in awaiting new tenants. A major plus, is the information source on latest regulatory changes, Government legislation and the future housing market outlook. Appointed Northwood almost 5 years ago, and long may it continue.
