I have found Martin & Co, Shawlands to be very professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful in managing the rental of my flat. They are quick to sort out any issues and will do all they can to help. I would DEFINITELY recommend them if you need a reliable company to rent out your property.

Been two weeks now I rented the property through Martin Co, Shawlands. From viewings till handing over key - they are very professional. Bella, Linda, Javaid and the whole agency was outstanding and responsive to emails and calls!

We had a very good experience with Martin and Co. We were in touch with other letting agents as well however Martin and Co were the quickest and most approachable over phone especially Isabella really helped us.

Excellent service all round from the whole team. Recently sold one of my properties with this agency who i have used for the last 10 years or so and cannot fault the service. The communication was great how the sale was handled was spot on throughout the whole process.
