In the past I have used other letting agents to manage my properties, a relative recommended Martin & Co., namely Javaid and his team in Shawlands. I must admit I was presently surprised at the help, efficiency and courteous manner of all the team, nothing was too much bother for them. I will definitely be using them again, a great service.

Have been a tenant with Martin & Co for around 12 years and I find them very friendly, helpful and professional. When things need attending to they are always happy to help and I have never had any issues with them. They were also extremely supportive when a bad tenant moved in below me once and did everything they could to assure and help me until the problem (unrelated to them) was solved.

The Martin & Co team have been very accommodating, quick to resolve any maintenance issues. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced, polite and helpful.
