The worst agency ever! Dealing with Linda is just a nightmare, stop causing your tenants stress just because you can't handle it yourself. I've received false accusations from some of their scams that are mentioned on other reviews (trying to accuse me of a cracked mirror that was already broken when I moved in despite me making them aware of this before I even moved in) I'm worried they will take my deposit from me when I move out even though I have already had to repaint the flat from my own money and am left to fix things on my own. Meanwhile I have seen the manager sleeping in the car during office hours while their employees tell you they aren't around. I've been renting the property for 6 years, which is over £30k rent, and still they are unwilling to help me fix basic human needs like a broken washing machine or oven that has stopped working. I can't even cook food for myself during the lockdown. Flat let with no heating, no hot water, inadequate locks on the doors, legionella risk, cooker not working. Cut glass placed as shelves with sharp edges. 2 months later...... no action taken. moved out this property less than 2 weeks ago had to make ourselves homeless due to mold poss asbestos the windows door ect are not fit for purpose and need replaced and had to get environmental health out who told us not to be in the property due to health reasons I urge anyone who reads this dont be conned by martin and co and the owner who covered up server mold in a bedroom with wet walls to hide extreme damage and they now have the cheek to put it up for let ... it's not fit to live in disgusting

Unprofessional people ! They hold me for a week .....i paid the deposit and did all the paperwork , I bought all the house stuff , and after a week they went the landlord isn't happy with your application meanwhile ( I lost other good opportunities ) we have to cancel your application ! I dont recommend at all !

I rented a flat from through this company a couple of years ago. They were absolutely terrible and very unprofessional. Even when answering the phone they sound neddy and unprofessional. Would never rent from these ever again.
