Luke boles, what can I say, he was amazing from the go and still in the processes of buying my first property. He was straight on it with the knowledge of the property and answered all my questions and even some before I actually asked him them, straight away showed us the electrical cupboard, where all the amenities where, when serviced and how old everything was, knew the house like it was his own! 5* all the way and wasn’t to pushy, I already knew I want the house before going in and he just made it more certain! Richard James has got a good egg right there!

To say I was pleased with the service from the Team at Richard James has to be the understatement of the year! Professional, Personal and Efficient are the first words that come to mind. We dealt mainly with two people but the entire team are excellent. Out first contact was with Jack who came to value our property. Jack was amazing! He was polite, well informed and extremely well prepared. He is clearly a highly experienced and consummate professional, committed to providing extremely high standards of quality and customer care, but with a very human touch. Very professional service. I had two viewings before the house was actually listed and about 10 viewings (including repeat viewings) in the first week with an offer that was accepted by the Thursday. Fingers crossed things progress to completion as I am yet to find my own property to move to.
