Was with other estate agent for months but no sale. Richard James stepped in and the house was sold within 2 weeks. professional and friendly. Always kept me up to date every step of the way. If you want to sell your house quickly, go with Richard James.

Richard James West Swindon sold our house, and we bought a new house through them. Barrie, Emma, and Hayley were great from start to finish, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. We'd use them again, but we've only just moved in!!!

I cant recommend Jack enough, he has been excellent throughout the sale of my property and my purchase. With the sale of the property, he had the property on the market within days and the pictures he took were so professional, we got the exact price we were looking for and we are so grateful! He always picked up the phone when I needed any updates and he took the stress away! 5 star service! If you want to put your house on the market in the West Swindon area then call Jack!

Excellent service from Barrie Brocks and his team.Our house sold within a few days. As we hadn't moved in nearly 40 years we were very grateful to have good knowledge.Sarah from ASAP the sales progresser that Richard James use kept us informed.West Swindon branch also helped us with some forms and printing which was a great help to us as being older we were unsure with some emails from the solicitors The whole team were very friendly and helful,we are now happily settled in our new home .
