Holly Stonehouse consistently provides an excellent and friendly service.

Absolutely top quality service form start to finish. Zoe made our move so much less stressful. Nothing was too much of an ask, she was always there to chase up solicitors and answer any questions we had. We will definitely be using Preston Baker for our own house sale.

Lou and the team are fantastic.. very professional would recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Louise helped with the sale of my husbands property - very quick efficient service would definitely use again if we were ever to sell another property x

I highly recommend Preston Baker and especially Carola Parrino and Holly Stonehouse. They helped me a lot and kept me informed at all steps of my rent. So professionals and helpful as well. Next time you want to rent or anything else make sure you ask for Carola or Holly. Mirljan

It would give me pleasure to recommend Preston Baker, I have dealt with Estate Agents for many years and they are a cut above any other - they not only are professional they are PRO-ACTIVE.. they listen to what your needs are and advise accordingly. Anna Greaves from the Selby branch has helped several times over the years, she is a credit to the industry, professional, helpful, and goes above and beyond. Anyone looking for a professional team I would highly recommend this Estate Agency.

We used Preston Baker for our property purchase and we’re looked after by Zoe, she was incredibly professional, kept us consistently up to date and was very reassuring at this difficult time. 5 stars, well done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
