We can’t thank Chloe, and Zoe, enough for all their support when selling a house as a result of Probate. We were stressed and distressed and did not understand the process. Chloe was so warm, friendly, approachable, whilst being very professional and organised; nudged solicitors, kept us in the loop, explained things, went above and beyond. Helped us through a difficult time. Can’t praise or recommend Preston Baker highly enough.

Great service as always well done team 🥰 especially Chloe 😁

The best service in our area, very nice and helpful staff. I've dealt with other agencies and really none have such professional service. Guaranteed quality! Excellent service, very nice and always helpful staff, guaranteed quality!

I have used Preston Baker three times now and every time they go above and beyond to help. Thankyou Chloe for keeping me in constant contact with updates and advice. You made the process stress free in these difficult times. Well done Chloe and thanks for EVERYTHING.

We bought our new house via Preston Baker Selby and have only good things to say about the experience. Chloe Hollows and team are fantastic, friendly, professional and go above and beyond. Kept us up to date through out and really pushed for the process to remain on track - even when the situation got difficult. Cannot thank you enough and would highly recommend.

Absolutely top quality service form start to finish. Zoe made our move so much less stressful. Nothing was too much of an ask, she was always there to chase up solicitors and answer any questions we had. We will definitely be using Preston Baker for our own house sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
