Booked an viewing for the 2nd of july. When i called to request for the postcode of the property. I was told that the record shows the appointment as cancelled. When i told them i have not received any communication regarding cancellation their reply was that they have not confirmed the appointmentby e mail. Not very good. Very poor service.

We called you today and explained that although you had started to request the viewing on our system, it was not actually progressed through to being confirmed.
